House 28 is a large canosa restaurant-tractor. we celebrated my 30 years, and I was fully satisfied with the menu, and the rustic and welcoming environment. we were greeted by a beautiful table set up for the occasion, there were three doors with fake pink flowers inside (although I would prefer them real, but still quite panoramic. ) we were served in record times, and it was good because we had to finish the dinner around 22:30 (respected enough.) the waiters were very kind and very attentive, of course very professional! the appetizer was the flow that I loved most, the pumpkin flowers in batter with the filling were spectacular, a gotative orgasm! not to mention the parmigiana (there was also the one without lactose,) the roasted wheat pizzas, and then the boiled onion with internal cucumbers on a bed of tomato sauce (clearly the name does not do justice, was not a tomato sauce, but impeccable service, attention and care for the customer, quality that is now difficult to find in the catering industry, but, they went hand in hand with the menu, excellent dishes! I will definitely come back, maybe next time I would like to dine out, even if inside you was pretty good, the heat was not oppressive, also because there was air conditioning. We were really good! the wine clearly did not miss, egregiamente accompanied our dinner-complete.
I found the suggestion of this restaurant on the fork and I must recognize that it was worth it. cozy, characteristic and clean, very kind staff that from good suggestions on the dishes. I have a beginner and a first, both good. suitable quantity, gourmet fantasy on a local classic base, convincing goto without excess in the seasonings. also the coffee made with moka is pleasant memory of an ancient oance. suitable price for quality. I recommend it.
Excellent dishes, courtesy and quality are not missing, we will return home 28 also for the location that brings back in time. Top!
Experience definitely to be repeated for the high quality of the dishes served, for the professionalism shown in all its aspects, and finally for the right balance between price and quality. compliments to the whole tim of the restaurant.
