Unfortunately, it feels like the employees aren't benefiting from these prices.

During that time, sev... read more I am truly shocked by my experience. I visited the restaurant for the first time tonight and waited patiently in line for over 20 minutes. During that time, several people arrived after us, yet the staff never acknowledged anyone in line. They were focused solely on fulfilling online orders, as if those customers were more important than the ones who were physically present. Eventually, I expressed my frustration, asking if they planned to acknowledge the customers in the store or just ignore us. One of the employees responded dismissively, saying, "Seriously, dude? BYE!" I replied with agitation, also saying "BYE!" The other staff members remained silent and continued their work. Having worked in the service industry for nearly 25 years, I could never imagine treating customers in such a manner. What has happened to customer service? It's unacceptable to ignore customers and expect them to return! If I could give this place a zero-star rating, I would. That employee should be let go immediately.

It seems like no one else in to... read more Tonight, two incredibly friendly and professional women were working at the restaurant, and as a bonus, they were wearing masks. It seems like no one else in town bothers to wear them, so I appreciated their effort to stay safe amid concerns about a deadly virus. The bread was fresh, and the sandwich was expertly prepared. Overall, a great experience!
