Roadchef Costa Coffe - Cannock Chase

Roadside stop for a coffee break,at the services,single staff,was as sharp as a tack,but coffee was welcome at the early hours of the morning

This is like all other Costa’s it does what it says on the tin!! Light airy environment, good service and everything you could possibly need to eat drink!!

Stoped late afternoon, good coffee as normal, nice cake. Not cheap but that is Costa on the motorway. We will return, this is the best place to eat at these services, good staff, clean table

I had to use the toll road and pulled into Norton Cane Services and Got two Latte from Costa Coffee. I was at the counter filling paper work out and instead of the member of staff (who was called Cathy) asking me to would I please move on to the next counter politely she never and just moved onto the next customer. I found her abrupt rude and just didn’t seem to care and just going through the motions. Now this is the second time I’ve written a review about Costa Coffee staff and I’m just wondering am I going to get third in a row.......If I was a mystery shopper they would be marked 0 on Customer Service. I am appalled that this is my second time and the service has been rubbish.

Costa, please note: The Barista ignored the queue of customers waiting to be served. I left and went to Warwick Services instead.
