Only 2 machines working to order. Not long to wait for food very quick. Had to look for clean table as no one was cleaning them. Hot chocolate was lovely. Corn on cob are very small, should say mini corn. Not many chips. Chichen double burger throw together. More mayo in Box than in bun. Very disappointed as we have not had a KFC for some time again because of poor hygiene in restaurant.
Rude staff with no smiles … no napkins or straws given in drive threw and practically threw the food threw the window then shut the window b4 I could ask for some … the food was cold
The coleslaw was past its expiration date, the water served instead of 7-up was cold, and the food was not fresh. The burger had an unpleasant taste. I will return tomorrow to address my concerns.
My first visit to the Tyburn Road KFC in Birmingham was excellent. Normally we visit a different store every Sunday as a family, but this time we went to the Cannock store. The food came quickly, but we had a problem with our order of a breast piece. When we asked for the correct piece, we were told there would be a 20 minute wait. However, after waiting 28 minutes, I asked the staff member named EILISSA about the delay. She responded with attitude and told me it was my fault for not wanting to wait and suggested I just leave if I was not happy. I was shocked by her disrespectful behavior towards customers and her lack of professionalism. Even when I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and continued to be rude. The manager eventually intervened and refunded us for the mistake. This experience was completely unacceptable and I will be forwarding my complaint to head office. It's important that this individual is dealt with promptly. Despite this negative encounter, the store itself and the rest of the staff were great. It was just this one employee who was a letdown. Every time I go to this restaurant, they always seem to be out of chicken. It's not that they don't have it, it's just that they never have any cooked. On my last two visits, I had to wait outside while they closed for 30 minutes to cook chicken, and today they told me they were out of chicken and would need to cook more, which would take another 30 minutes. It's ridiculous that they don't have more chicken prepared before they run out. This restaurant is poorly managed and I won't be going back. I wasted gas coming here, but luckily there's a good Burger King nearby.
