The staff at this restaurant never smile, and it feels like you are dining in a passageway for the post office. If you try to be friendly, you are met with a scowl and a grumble. The same is true if you walk through to the post office, suggesting that the staff are probably related and are only interested in getting your money quickly. It is clear that the restaurant was probably just an afterthought in the post office and does not have a welcoming atmosphere. It is a shame that it could have been a more friendly and inviting experience.
I had a delightful sausage and egg roll paired with a fantastic Mocha! The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean and organized with a variety of menu options to choose from.
I ordered a full breakfast bap for collection at Bake Bites, WS11 1NP. This place was amazing! It was clean, with friendly staff and top-notch service. The highlight was definitely the bap. It had a crispy, large hash brown, fresh bacon, sausage, cooked egg, and sauce. I couldn't find any faults with the food or service. In comparison to other cafes in Cannock, the price was fair. I also bought a baguette on my way out, which I plan to try another day. It was also great.
