I went with friends to the fireworks last night and ordered 3 glasses of champagne and an Aperol Spritz. The service, execrable. 25 € for a 30 ml glass! Realy?! No olives, no peanuts, nothing. Just a wrong bill, obviously in their favour, and the waitress, a long-haired, young, very arrogant girl who knew neither prices nor how to calculate, forgot to bring the rest of the €5. Everything was super at this hotel. It was clean, the concierge was beyond accommodating and helpful. They set up all reservations and gave us varying options for our taste. It was my husbands birthday and our anniversary and the concierge picked up a bottle of my husband’s favorite wine and had the hotel send up desserts for each occasion. Excellent service all around! The breakfast and servers were also outstanding.
