Pizza Construction Co - Canmore

I was staying in the hotel and tried room service. For being on the top floor, the food arrived warm, and it was good. I had the lasagna with house salad, along with salt and pepper chicken wings. The wings weren't overly salty, which can happen at times. The lasagna was yummy! I didn't try the breakfast buffet, but I did go down for breakfast. I had bacon and eggs, with hashbrowns and toast. The bacon was extra crispy which I actually like and it was really filling. The whole meal, without a drink or tip was $11.50, as a breakfast that was really well priced considering the portion. I would love to try more food here :)

Girlfriend and I had chicken wings and pizza. Had a good selection of wine and local beer. Quiet intimate atmosphere

Over the weekend, we found ourselves in Canmore and decided to try a new restaurant for dinner. We chose Pizza Co located in the Holiday Inn. Upon arriving at 5:00 pm, the restaurant was quiet with only one other table of eight guests. However, things quickly changed when two tour buses arrived, making the restaurant very busy. With only one waiter and two kitchen staff, the service was slow but the food was worth the wait. It was evident that they had a successful take-out pizza business as well. Despite the challenges with staffing in Canmore, we would consider returning if the service improved.

We decided to give this place a try. The reviews were good! We were not disappointed. Glad we made this choice. Get the Loaded Pizza!!! Please note!!!We googled this place and it took us to 1602. Patrinos restaurant. It's a google thing. Pizza construction Co is also known as Pizza Co. google this and you'll get the proper address. It's located in the Holiday Inn, Canmore. There's no advertising signage so you'll just have to walk in to actually know it's even there. Great find!
