The staff very friendly and kind. If you are in the area it is worth coming here for lunch or dinner in a pleasant enough environment.

Named after its founder, Signora Isolina, it is today run by her descendants, a family of four. Mum in the kitchen, father and two sons attending to the customers. The food is simple but out of this world. Amazing ingredients and very capable hands in the kitchen deliver a culinary experience that only Italy can provide. The home pasta and the incredible quality of the meat made it a dreamy meal that we're hoping to repeat as soon as possible. Alessandro and Giorgio, the two brothers, also have a serious passion for wines and the restaurant's wine list reflects their knowledge and understanding of Italian excellence. They suggested a Negramaro from Puglia to be drank cold! It was a revelation and we're thankful for their suggestion. If you're in the area, stop by for a real foody treat and then head to Terme di Vulci for a deep into thermal pools just up the road.

The porcini mushroom soup is excellent. The pici with tomato and basil are excellent. The pappardelle with wild boar is excellent. Everything is delicious. The grilled and sautéed porcini mushrooms are excellent. The restaurant has a huge fireplace that creates a great atmosphere. The owner is friendly and always ready to share a joke. We'll be back!
