Having been an avid fan of this restaurant for many years I have to now admit the love affair is over. We were here in January and had a poor meal, i put it down to a ‘bad day’. Pedimos el menú chuletón y lo único que destacaría de él sería el risotto de rabo de toro que estaba delicioso, el resto muy normal. El personal era atento pero en el comedor hacía frío.
La comida es realmente excelente. Tiene un equilibrio perfecto entre calidad y precio. El personal es muy amable. El único problema es que tienen demasiadas mesas o falta personal, lo que hace que la cocina no pueda atender a todos. Tardamos dos horas y 15 minutos en comer el menú. Entramos a las 15:06 y no nos sirvieron el primero hasta las 16:00. Finalmente salimos del restaurante a las 17:25.
Comimos el menú de 23 € platos diferentes , ricos ricos , recomendado en Canfranc Platos contundentes y sales con sensación de repetir otro día
Me a sorprendido por su buena comida, sus platos bien elaborados por su magnífica presentación por el buen servicio y por el precio razonable.
