I'm not sure what was happening there tonight, but I ended up having to get a refund for my coffee order. I waited for 10 minutes with no indication that anyone was working on it. No one informed me about the delay or even offered an apology. I was on a tight schedule and ultimately had to leave, so thank you for leaving me without my coffee for my 1.5-hour drive tonight.
I visited Sheetz expecting the gas price to be $3.99 like at other places. Next time, I'll choose them instead. Also, their menu had some interesting options to consider.
This was my first time trying the pick-up order, and it went really smoothly and quickly. I'm giving 3 stars because the Waffle Nashville Chicken Sandwich was disappointing—the waffle was much smaller than the chicken, which wasn’t terrible, but it looked like the waffle had shrunk significantly. The sandwich didn’t look anything like the picture on the app, so don’t get your hopes up. I’d rate the sandwich 1 out of 5. I also got three milkshakes, which were delicious, but they didn’t include straws. They could’ve easily packed them with the sandwich for convenience. Sheetz, you earned just 3 out of 5 stars from me—high prices for mediocre food.
I was at your store at 10:34 p.m. and was both confused and frustrated because the young woman at the cash register refused to microwave the Blount's Family Kitchen pasta dinners from the refrigerated to-go cases. I've purchased these meals before and had them heated without any issues. Tonight, before paying, I politely asked if she could warm mine up, but she seemed to be having a rough evening and told me there was no microwave in the store. I then asked if at least there was an employee break room where she could heat my $6 meal, but she ignored me. While I understand she may not want to go beyond her job duties, her unfriendly and dismissive attitude was disappointing, especially after I was kind to her.
