Unfortunately, they need to improve their operations, as the quality is not meeting their usual standards. I understand that they may be short-staffed, but that shouldn't impact the quality of their food. The chips were stale and soggy, and the restaurant could definitely use a thorough cleaning. I feel disappointed because I rarely have negative reviews, and I've always considered this place one of my favorites. View all feedback.
Especially this chipotle is simply bad every time. I was just one three times last year, but every time was really bad.
Went the other day, grossly understaffed, workers were very slow and had difficulty wrapping the burrito, skimpy proportions, and not as clean as any other I've been to. Not to mention, my usual order was more expensive. Just a sign of the times.
There is a staff member at the restaurant named Christopher, and he is one of the nicest young individuals I’ve ever encountered. His customer service is outstanding. He definitely deserves a salary increase.
I recently ordered a burrito for pickup a few days ago. When I arrived to collect my food, it was a few minutes delayed because someone was loudly yelling at the employees and being quite rude. It’s just food, for goodness' sake... shame on that person! I could see that the staff was busy and doing their best. Everyone working there is always friendly, and the food is fantastic. Just know that there are many happy and satisfied customers who truly appreciate you. I will definitely be back soon for another delicious burrito!
