However, I've recently stopped going because I've been given the wrong orders multiple times, received burnt food, and even got frozen chicken tenders twice.

I've come across many negative reviews, and I usually don't hesitate to give a one-star rating if I'm dissatisfied with the service. However, at Dandy Mini Mart... read more I've come across many negative reviews, and I usually don't hesitate to give a one-star rating if I'm dissatisfied with the service. However, at Dandy Mini Mart, there was no wait to order or pay. My food was ready in under 10 minutes and tasted just as I expected.

I get that the staff may be short-handed and overworked, but if you're going to do your job, do it properly. I can't recall the last time I felt welcomed there. The employees are very rude, the customer service is awful, they don’t answer the phones, and they often treat customers with attitude. Dandy Mini Mart, you need to seriously improve your store.

Two weekends ago, we stopped in to order two subs before heading to the lake, and the woman working was incredibly rude, saying, "I can't do that because I have five pizzas to make." Today, when I returned, the man making the food was just as impolite. He loudly said, "Well, too bad, tell them no," referring to a customer on the phone. He threw my two subs down on the counter and didn’t even look at me or acknowledge my thanks as he walked away. Such terrible attitude, especially in a place with a menu that has the potential to attract more happy customers.

I r... read more Every time I order food, it always comes burnt. Whenever I try calling to place an order, they claim they can't hear me. It feels like they just don’t care. I recommend avoiding the food and not wasting time calling in orders. You’re better off saving your money and going somewhere else.
