This is the first time I?ve ever left a review for a restaurant and I go to them every day. Took 41 minutes to get food after p paid. There were only 2 people in the line. The cashier was hateful and the order was wrong. I would avoid this locations as there is a much better one a few miles down the street.

There we... read more According to my mother, on September 4th, 2022, at 1 PM (she typically doesn't write reviews), we visited the Bojangles in Candler to get some chicken. There were several other customers waiting alongside us, and at least seven employees were on duty. After about 30 minutes, I started to wonder how much longer it would take for our chicken order. The cook responded with, "What chicken?" It's a chicken restaurant, it's Sunday, and it’s noon! It seemed that no chicken had even been started. Seriously? About five of us requested to speak to the manager for a refund, but he seemed to avoid us. Eventually, someone else came to process our refunds. Safe to say, we’re not returning. So much for the promises of new management and an improved experience.

There was never an apology for the shortcuts taken in food preparation.

The canjun pintos... read more Husband went to get dinner tonight. He got 2 breast meals. One had meat and one was like a fried bone. It was like the breast had been split. The canjun pintos we're just pinto beans with no flavoring. The dirty rice was more like rice pilaf with no meatat all. Would I suggest going to the Candler Bojangles.....NO. Also, they are supposed to open at 5am, but most of the timethere is no one there when I pass by between 5:10-5:15. I would give a zero star rating if it was available.
