I had to call three times, and was told my order would ar... read more An unpleasant experience tonight. I waited over 2 hours for cold pizzas that were as hard as Frisbees. I had to call three times, and was told my order would arrive in just a few minutes. To make matters worse, the delivery person who finally arrived after 2 hours was rude and incompetent. In the end, the owner offered me my meal at half price... what a shame. I will never order from Mlle Candiac again. There is clearly a lack of professionalism, service, and courtesy. The delivery person left with their pizza. I understand that a restaurant can have off nights... but it's not the customer who should have to pay for that.

However, I was charged a $3 delivery fee because 'it was too far.' This is misleading advertising, and on top of that, I receive your flyers in my mailbox.
