Refine ,professional service. Eating outside is the way to go;I didn't stay at the hotel part of the restaurant so I can't say anything. The restaurant is one of the better one in the region.

Very neat multiple choice fixed price menu. Make sure you make a dinner reservation, it is often booked up with a waiting.

Beautifully plated food that was deliciously executed and filling. Very attentive and cordial service. Don't miss out and book it now!

We stayed at Auberge de la Caillere as our first stop on our most recent France trip. We travel in large part for food and the rest of the trip was a disappointment after two excellent meals here. The staff was super helpful especially the hotel manager whose husband is the chef. On our next trip, we would make a detour for this place... the definition of a two-star restaurant so look forward to seeing at least one soon.

We were looking for somewhere to stop near the Loire, with good food, on our trip back from skiing in Morzine. Although it was a bit of a hike it was worth the effort.Easy to find, plenty of parking, but rather unattractive. That is how I would sum it up before setting foot in it.Inside is plain. A good reception area, attractive restaurant, and very comfortable bedrooms. Ours was a good size with a decent view over the gardens. Nicely furnished and a decent bathroom with a good shower. Breakfast was good and not too expensive.Reception was very helpful and we took the opportunity to walk down to the Loire along the Cher the 1st evening, and then along the Loire and into Amboise for the Sunday market the following day.Easily three star comfort and great opportunities around.The restaurant I will review separately.Yes we will stay here again.
