The food is excellent and delicious, this restaurant belongs to the Nyx hotel and it is because of this place that I returned this year to stay here. The all-inclusive plan can order a 5-course menu with what is marked with a red dot. But the prices are not high if you only visit the restaurant. The tepamyaki show is a delight and the grilled food is the same. Truly a delight 100% recommended. Don't forget to order the macha tea, which is served in a wrought iron teapot that is beautiful. Without a doubt I will return forever!!
The food is okay, but the waiter's attitude is terrible Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5
The good: -Staff was friendly. -Cook was entertaining. -Taste of food was good. The bad: -Only 1/3 glass of water was free, was informed that any water beyond that had to be purchased unless you were all inclusive. -Except for the rice and tofu, the food was not served as it became ready like traditional teppanyaki, it sat until the rest of the meat and veggies were ready for all plates. Those of us that ordered steak had to wait for other people's chicken and fish to be cooked. Therefore, the steaks became cold and overcooked. -Lastly the steak had a lot of fat which should have been trimmed off. Vegetarian options: Tofu was available as well as vegetables and fried rice with eggs. Dietary restrictions: They were very good about asking if anybody had food allergies. Kid-friendliness: There were children and they were having fun. Wheelchair accessibility: There were a lot of steep hills leading up to the restaurant, if you wheelchair doesn't have brakes, you'll be free wheeling it.
Don’t know how this place has 4.7 stars. So so below average and not worth the price at all for the amount of food that you get. Wish i could get that time and money back Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1,000+ Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
