The Restaurant at Hip Hotel - Cancún

We had dinner here on 2 occasions as it was a short walk from our hotel. The restaurant has a great view over the see and the rising moon. The food itself was good on the second occasion we had the lobster flambeed in Tequila which was very good although we were a little disappointed that it was not done at table. Service was pretty good although when I asked for fries as opposed to baked potatoes there was a hiccup. Unusually they serve bread cooked on the premises. There is a more than adequate wine list.

We had dinner at dona ana's twice and both times were very happy with our meal. The fish tacos were great as well as the fish. great service, beautiful view , great setting,. we enjoyed the quiet evening with just the sound of the waves, no loud music...we do recommend this place also for breakfast...very good mexican breakfast! Loved it!

We stayed at another hotel, but popped into AyJ for breakfast a few times. Although many might say it 's pricey (for the area) we still feel it 's a good deal. My husband and I both get the Punta Allen omlette, toast, fruit plate, fresh oj, coffee with steamed milk.. The Punta Allen cost 135 pesos so it 's comparable to breakfast in the US. But what I appreciate most is the vegetarian option for the omlette decent cooked veg in the filling. Not raw veg like onions, tomatoes, etc that you usually get.

Tuvimos una mala experiencia en el hotel de al lado (OM), y nuestros desayunos / almuerzos y demas actividades las hicimos en HIP hotel. Meseros increíbles, Eysleen de recepción una atención inmejorable, todos en el hotel nos atendieron de forma excepcional. Felicitaciones a todo el crew

Los platos muy abundantes y con un sabor excelente.Fuimos una vez a cenar, y la verdad no fue algo que digamos volvería, optamos por ir a visitar otras posadas para almorzar o cenar
