It was a pain in the butt to find but easily worth i... read more From the first trip to Cancun I visited Pericos as it was suggested by the Condominium that my family owns. It was a pain in the butt to find but easily worth it as it has to be the best food, fun, and environment that I have ever visited. The prices may seem slightly steep but easily worth it with the service and dinner activities that go on during the night. Before you realize it though you will have spent upwards of three hours just at dinner and it will seem more like twenty minutes. Eating there is perfect for the family as it lasts so long and perfect for couples as by the time you finish you finish your cuisine its about the time the clubs get going. Overall if you do not visit Pericos while in Cancun you didn't really try to experience Cancun.

They took our reservations... read more We were fortunate enough to go for dinner at Pericos in 2003 and 2004. In 2004, we celebrated our son's 18th birthday with 35 people. They took our reservations ahead of time and were ready for us when we came. Both years, we had a blast. Lots of entertainment, dancing, drinking, and good food we just kept coming back. I look forward to going there again in 2005. It will be a yearly visit for us.

I do know that what I wanted was not on the menu, but somehow magically appeared on my plate anyway. I remember being in the conga line and losing my sandals, and I vaguely remember someone pushing me into a cab afterwards for the ride back to the Royal Islander. The margaritas were awesome, and the atmosphere was great. However, I 'm not sure how many more nights I can afford to ;lose ; at Perico 's.

My wife and I have gone to Cancun for the past ten years and we always go to Pericos. The food is good and the entertainment is excellent. It was a pain to find in the ass, but it is worth it, as it must be the best food, fun and environment I have ever visited. Prices can appear slightly steep, but slightly worth it with the service and dinner activities that go on in the night. Eating there is perfect for the family as it takes so long and perfect for couples as at the time you finish your kitchen its about the time to finish the clubs going. Overall, if you do not visit Pericos during in Cancun you do not really try to experience Cancun.
