We recently vacationed at the Moon Palace resort in Cancun. The array of breakfast foods were wonderful and the omlets were cooked perfectly. The best part of breakfast was by far the service. Our servers were Norma Alexander and they were better than anyone we ever dealt with in the U.S. We made it a point to go back there every morning for breakfast and always requested to be seated at Norma and Alexander's tables.... Excelente... La comida Gourmet. Recomendados todos los platos. Muy variados desde pastas hasta carnes.Personal atento y cordial.
Pelo ambiente e formalidade do local esperávamos uma gastronomia mais arrojada. São pratos individuais onde no dia em que fomos, o prato escolhido não agradou ninguém presente na mesa. Mais valeu a experiência. Não voltaria.
Javier was a great waiter. He made sure we had a good experience. He also was very nice and made sure we had the food we wanted. Unlike other waiters he stayed near the table so we could get drinks and other foods.
We loved La Gondola at Moon Palace. The food was excellent, the service was fantastic and the setting is wonderful. I especially liked the surroundings of the restaurant with it's stained glass ceilings. It reminds me of a restaurant in Vegas. High quality overall. The staff is incredible and just so pleasant. Overall, we really enjoyed La Gondola and would say it was our favorite at Moon Palace.
