We live in Playa Del... read more I find that the grocery store does not have the correct price on a lot of items, and is not customer oriented. We have a new store near us. We live in Playa Del Carmen and have for 2.5 years. The stockers will not let...you shop when they are stocking, the deli women will not wait on you if they even suspect that you are not from Mexico, and I have almost been run over with a broom on several times. Once I tried to buy an item from a grocery cart that had 15 pesos on it when I got to the checkout it was 35 pesos, this goes for a lot of items on the shelves. We no longer shop there. It is a good place for tourist but not for long term Americans. We do not shop there unless we have to pick up a quick item.

This place is easily accessible by transit. You can find basically all you need in one place. Sitting places if you want to eat or have a soft drink. They have clothing ,souvenirs, pastry, donuts and all kind of...prepared meals. Very clean and the staff was very helpful.

I noticed that the witness was not covered in the bakery, so nothing bought there. the prices were reasonable, although I noticed that some beer prices were better... at oxxo. the people were kind to this not local. I used pesos, but the conversion rate in US dollars was one of the better on the island. there are no pockets to get them. fortunately we found a papp holder.

We came to this super market before the current COVID-19 pandemic. it is located in the inner city of cancun, close to some hotels, restaurants and other shoppi... read more We came to this super market before the current COVID-19 pandemic. it is located in the inner city of cancun, close to some hotels, restaurants and other shopping opportunities. we were in a hotel not far away and discovered it while they went down the road. the supermarket is very...big and well stocked, but a bit sloppy. that's okay because their prices are very low. they have a lot of products and also sell some souvenirs. check-out is also fast. in all, if they stay close and they need some supplies, I highly recommend it.
