Their dishes feature a fusion of Taiwanese, Japanese, and Chinese flavors that create unique tastes we've never experienced before. We ordered the Taiwan-style popcorn chicken, braised pork belly rice, double smoked eel rice, Chaco ramen black, and truffle ramen. Everything was delightful and delicious!

It's a small modern resta... read more The soup dumplings from White Chaco are the best I've had in Canberra! I also tried the Taiwanese popcorn chicken and it was so tasty. It's a small modern restaurant in Braddon with nice and simple decor. I'm looking forward to returning and trying more dishes.
