Was Arturo Jacobs at Tree Eighty3 a mag?
Despite being in a peach coloured mall that smells like cleaning product and across from the coukoo clock shop and a tobacconist this place has something special offer. Everyone working there looks happy to be there-great service. Food was interesting and super yummy! Very good coffee. They use bond of too! View all feedback.
What Dorothy Jacobs dislikes about Tree Eighty3:
Arrived at 11.00am. Not busy. I was the only one in "line". Counted 5 staff across the counter doing stuff. Owner not there. No acknowledgement from anyone. Hellooooooo!!! (I thought). Waited 2-3 minutes. Finally, asked " yes?", with no smile. Ordered roast pork roll with gravy and onions. Pork tough. Crackling burnt. Onions still crunchy, undercooked. $10.50 way too much. Had to ask for napkins. Maybe the owner need... View all feedback.

We needed a break after a drive down from Sydney so we stopped by here for some caffeine goodness. It was a bit hidden away so go through the arcade to find it. Pay at the counter and a number given to you. Some of the coffees were slightly cooler than the others but the taste was good. Service is friendly and they seemed to be busy with catering as well.
Friendly and super fast service. Food was tasty and presently beautifully. I washed down my smashed avo and mushrooms with a good strong mocha. No issues here I will be back to try more.
Tree Eighty3 is a cute little spot tucked away in an arcade. It has a few seating options. The brekky is also versatile. My friend and I opted for the simple eggs and bacon roll which you can have with any type of bread. I had mine with sourdough. It was yummy and very filling! Wouldn't mind coming back to try a few other bits and pieces.

Awesome, simple. Let down by a single shot for a short mac (most places in Canberra give 2 shots). I had The Caravan for breakfast, at the super reasonable price of $9.5. Fresh rocket, caramelised tomatoes and balsamic with bacon and eggs on a lovely piece of Turkish bread. A huge portion for the size, and a reasonable sized breakfast for two people. A little too much balsamic glaze for my liking, made it very rich. Will definitely be back, especially for the lovely service which cheered me up immensely.
Tree Eighty3 is a charming café tucked away in an arcade in Canberra, offering a variety of breakfast and lunch options. One reviewer was disappointed by the lackluster customer service and food quality when the owner was absent, but others praised the friendly and fast service, delicious food, and strong coffee. The café's versatile breakfast menu, including options like eggs and bacon rolls and avo on toast, received positive feedback. Visitors also appreciated the cozy atmosphere and the opportunity to chat with the owner, Ralph. Overall, Tree Eighty3 seems to be a hidden gem in Canberra for those seeking a quality meal and great coffee.
