Description

This Indian restaurant in Canberra has received mixed reviews from customers. Some patrons were unhappy with the service, describing it as slow and rude, with one even claiming they had to write their own order. Others complained about the quality of the food, with one customer comparing it to supermarket Indian food. However, there were positive reviews as well, praising the expansive menu, delicious cocktails, and flavorful dishes. The ambience was described as lively and the staff as friendly, although improvements in customer service were suggested. Overall, while some diners had negative experiences with the service and food temperature, others found the restaurant to offer great value for money and tasty Indian cuisine.

I really like the idea behind this restaurant - ordering food is made easy with all dishes labeled with alpha and numeric symbols. There are notepads on the tables that you can write your orders on and pass to the staff. The food is served just the way you like it and it's absolutely delicious. And the best part is that everything is reasonably priced.

Cannot fault this place. I walked in 30 minutes before closing on a Monday night with no idea where to start. A lovely staff member walked me through the menu and the food is spectacular and very reasonably priced.

I absolutely loved this restaurant's concept. The food was delicious and the staff was extremely helpful. We will definitely be returning, especially for the Lamb Korma which was to die for! The first bite instantly reminded me of the Shalimar restaurant in Hobart Place.

We had the Sharing platter for two. It was amazing. The food was fresh and tasty! We could not eat all that was served. Try the Matsos Mango Beer! Yum

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The food was out of this world, delicious, and the portions were generous. Ordering was a breeze and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly hospitable, allowing us to linger and converse for hours. They would occasionally check in to see if we needed anything else. I had a fantastic time at this place and will definitely return!
