The staff are attentive and knowledgeable, which added to the enjoyment of my evening. It rivals any restaurant I've dined at in Tokyo, and I've been to many. I should mention that the flavors here may not align perfectly with traditional Japanese cuisine, which might not appeal to purists and pretenders alike. Nonetheless, it stands out as one of the finest dining spots in Canberra. Owner and chef Hao-san is truly impressive here.
