Mcdonald's - Canberra
Mcdonald's
Description
Recent visits to this local restaurant reveal a trend of declining quality and service. Patrons reported bland flavors across multiple dishes, from cold hash browns to weak coffee. Customers have also faced issues with order fulfillment, leading to frustration and disappointment, particularly with lengthy waits and rude staff interactions. While a few patrons enjoyed positive experiences with seamless takeout and well-prepared frappes, the overarching sentiment indicates a significant drop in food quality and rising prices. As some customers turn their attention to competitors, it may be time for this establishment to reassess its offerings and service.

This is one of the few McDonald's locations in Canberra that still blends toppings into frappes, and I absolutely love it! Thank you so much! Overall ratings: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.
After a long time since our last visit, we decided to drop by again on March 31st. We ordered a large fries, which were only warm at best, and two Cokes—one large frozen and one medium with ice. The medium Coke cost $4.40, which feels outrageous! Regrettably, we’ve decided that McDonald's in Condor has lost a customer for good reason. The food isn't served hot, and the prices have become quite excessive. We'll be waiting for Hungry Jack's to open nearby and will see how they compare.
