The side dishes, like the baked potatoes and salad, were delightful and complemented the meal well. Also, the customer service was excellent, with very friendly staff, which enhanced our overall experience.However, the main attraction, the steaks, presented a mixed experience. While some cuts from the platter board were enjoyable, others were disappointingly chewy, to the extent that I had to spit out some bites. This was surprising and a bit disheartening, especially considering we requested our steaks to be cooked medium rare, a level that usually ensures tenderness. For a restaurant of such calibre and price range, I expected a more consistently exceptional quality of food. The inconsistency in the meat's texture was a notable downside of our dining experience.
