Was Anonym at Leong Kitchen a mag?
After eating here for over 20 years it is one of the best quick eats in Canberra. Good simple Malaysian style food, well prepared and with good service. If you need a drink there is a well stocked bottle shop right next door! View all feedback.

What Anonym dislikes about Leong Kitchen:
Had takeaway Friday night here. The curry puffs were nice,we had fillet beef cantonese along with garlic prawn,s/sour battered chicken & chow mien. Everything was fine without setting the world on fire, bit disappointed some dishes were in the very small flat container not the next size up you usually get. View all feedback.

Good Malaysian food. Very quick service and the staff are friendly. Eat in or take away the food is exactly what you expect, fresh and well prepared.

We were back again whilst visiting Canberra and catching up with friends who live nearby. Love the food and the staff are so good. This time we tried the spicy tofu for entrée which even our friends hadn't tried because their kids wouldn't eat it. It was amazing, spicy but not too much heat with a peanut sauce and bean shoots, if you like tofu, do yourself a favour and go try it!!!!

Absolutely fantastic! The food is not greasy or deep-fried, and the authentic flavors are wonderfully balanced. The vegetables are fresh and crunchy. We loved all the sauces as well. We ordered takeaway and were thoroughly impressed. The staff were courteous and friendly. It was a delightful experience—thank you!

During a family trip to Canberra in 1995, I fondly remember the incredible fried rice served at TK. Fast forward about 25 years, and I relocated to Canberra, only to discover that TK is still in business. The fried rice remains fantastic, but I was also impressed by the other dishes we tried, which were filled with bold, authentic flavors, generous portions, and an abundance of key ingredients. I will definitely continue to visit this place!
