To date I've never had a bad meal from Alibi. Some great tasty lunch specials, in containers ready to grab n go and recently they have introduced some yummy marinated chicken kebabs for $3 each or 3 kebabs with rice for $10.  Also, they offer healthy juices and great egg n bacon rolls.

The service is still good, but the food is not. everything's become larger and more substantial, but everything I had sported a shiny veneer of oil. The chips are thin little hard straws, shiny. schnitzl itself was good, but why float it in an oily cheddar-cheese sauce? The menu said creamy avocado sauce, but it was mainly oily cheese. BLT used to be a toasted sandwich, now it was a brioche hamburger-stye thing. I didn't get to eat it as the 45 minutes I had for lunch was not sufficient to both get the food and eat it. I'm heating it up for breakfast now but it's not inspiring to look at or smell. Disappointed, and sadly will have to range a bit wider for lunches next time I'm working in that building.

Highlight is the calamari, always good. The specials board often has some great menu additions.Preprepared meals are ready in the Bain-Marie to takeaway, my only concern with these is that they could sometimes do with more seasoning.

It's rare to find such excellent customer service the... read more The service here is fantastic; the staff knows their regular customers by name and remembers their orders. It's rare to find such excellent customer service these days. We've also used them for catering our office events, and the food and service were outstanding. I can't recommend them highly enough. These folks are amazing!
