Binara One at Crowne Plaza is a modern in-house bar with a great wine list, cocktails, and a new menu of bar snacks, share plates, burgers, and hot dogs. While the decor may be lacking and the atmosphere somewhat underwhelming, the menu provides a decent selection of traditional, basic food at a reasonable price. Service is satisfactory, although some customers have experienced slow service at the bar. The food quality is generally good, with some dishes being a bit salty, and the wine list could use more variety. Overall, Redsalt at Crowne Plaza provides a pleasant dining experience with friendly staff and comfortable surroundings, making it a convenient choice for hotel guests or those meeting up in the area.

Binara one is the modern in-house bar at crowne plaza and apart from a great wine card and cocktails they have recently also launched a brand new menu of bar snacks, share plates, burgers and hot dogs.
Service was excellent. Food was all fine. (Although I don't think I have yet been to a hotel restaurant, for breakfast, that had a motorised toaster, which toasted the bread, close to how I like it).
We went here for our anniversary dinner and hadn't made a booking but the restaurant was quiet (a Sunday night). My husband got the roast lamb which he said was great and I got the gnocchi which wasn't so great (deep fried mashed potato covered in rocket, not really gnocchi).The staff were fantastic though, they didn't charge us for the gnocchi and offered to replace the uneaten meal too. Unfortunate situation but handled very well.
Good place for a quiet drink on a Friday night.
Excellent service. But you will need sedative pills once you get the bill.!!
