What ever happened to that one girl who was literally like running the place?? she was awesome. now it’s just gone completely downhill. I’ll be going to Canastota Bagels and Subs now. more options there anyway :
Clean place. The young man who served us that day was very polite.
I visited this restaurant during a long road trip. The food was as expected from Subway - the bread was very fresh. The staff working behind the counter were fantastic, very friendly and patient as I woke up and tried to figure out what I wanted after a nap in the car.
The service is slow. If there is more than one customer in line, forget about being served promptly.
The service at this restaurant is terrible. I ordered two subs, but they cancelled my order. When I called, they said my order was ready, but when I went to pick it up, they said the driver had it. I won't be ordering from here again.
