So, I decided to call ahead, and the Canandaigua location, which I was already planning to visit, happily accepted them, even though they are under the same ownership, if I'm correct. The food was the best I’ve ever had at KFC, and the service was exceptional—much better than my experiences at the Webster location where a friend used to work. This might just become my go-to lunch spot in Canandaigua, so thank you for making my Saturday such a great one!

I understand it's a Fr... read more As I sit here at 6:20 PM, waiting for my food that was supposed to be ready by 6:14, I've just been told it will take another 15 minutes. I understand it's a Friday night, but we really need to be better prepared for the rush, especially with mobile orders. The gentleman at the counter is very polite and helpful, doing his best to manage the busy situation. A special thanks to Mason for handling everything like a pro!
