Hidden Lakes Winery - Canal Winchester

I saw the entertainer in the winery last night! The first time I was there. The food was very good, had the lasagna. My server Heather was on a TEE. I didn't know what to order as I wasn't much of a wine drinker; but Heather recommended the Roadhouse Red it was perfect with the meal. The view is breathtaking!

Great!. Reading these reviews before I go to places is what I do. I was worried because jameshdavis125's review. But after I went there personally and experienced nothing of the kind, I realized he was trolling. They were busy, at least outside, the inside had tables. But I heard why people love it there. I was on Wednesday, so no conversation. We sat quickly under an umbrella table and the host brought us water in a minute. The menu is not so long, but its winery for wine is not so much to eat. We decided to get a large Tuscany pizza and a 'All' tasting. Here the other reviews are sung. The server checks us every 2 5 minutes. Our water glasses have never come under half. Maybe because I also notice a server these things. It is a very beautiful place with a relaxed atmosphere. Since it is a beautiful place, I can see where people expect 5 star service, but after reading these reviews these people are the help to kiss my ass type. The service, the food and especially the wine, where great. Service 9/10 Food 8/10 Wine 10/10 Go to this place and check it yourself that 's what I did and my experience is not reflected by the reviews on this page.

The winery has evovled. It was a perfect summer evening in the winery tonight, but what made it really special that my wife loved the steak salad she ordered. She wasn't impressed by the food when the winery first opened, but now that Linda took over when the boss the food is great. We can't wait to try their new case menu. Damon, the owner, came to our table to see how we did, and he had tried the Shiraz as he knows that I usually drink the Cabernet or Pinot Noir and it was excellent. The waitresses were all busy with the crowd outside to hear the music played by a duo that played great dinner music. We sat where it was less crowded and had two excellent servers waiting for us. A great night.

Amazing! This winery and restaurant is truly exceptional. I hosted my husband's birthday dinner there with 12 guests, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The food was excellent, with the gourmet pizzas exceeding our expectations. Some guests participated in the wine tasting and thoroughly enjoyed it, while others ordered different wines and frozen wine slushies to share. Everyone found at least one favorite. Every single guest praised the venue, and we all look forward to returning soon and often!
