The restaurant offers excellent, high-quality meals and has friendly staff. It is a must-visit place to eat when we are in the area.

My husband thoroughly enjoyed the chicken parmesan, which he said was one of the best he's ever had. I personally loved the homemade gnocchi with primavera vegetables. The soups were also fantastic. John and Sasha provided excellent service. Overall, our dinner experience was delightful and made us feel like we were on vacation. Thank you!

The food at this restaurant is truly outstanding. I have never had better food anywhere else. I would give it four stars, but the only issue is with the staffing. Most of the staff are older, which is not a problem, but sometimes there are staffing shortages and the service can be slow, especially when they are not busy. So if you are in a hurry, it may be best to go somewhere else. However, if you have the time and want a truly exceptional meal, this is the place to go. The Eggplant dish is especially delicious.

Iam very disappointed with the service I received Friday night. I was told my delivery would be about 20 minutes. an hour and a half later we check outside and see the delivery girl who is selling our dinner to someone else. I believe it was the owner or the owner's wife who took the order and delivered. whoever this woman is did not have good customer service during phone call to order I believe that she should have ask me for a phone number and repeated information that is important like address phone number and order.I was still expected to pay full price for a dinner that I had ordered an hour and a half ago when I received my calzone and hoagie they were cold they were soggy and moist from sitting in the bag for a long time and one of the sources had spill all over the bag. I got so angry about the food being cold and not looking to great that I requested my money back and gave the food back but I was denied a refund understanding. The lady would not give me back my money because she said there's nothing wrong with the food. She was very unprofessional and rude. She drove off before reimbursing us five bucks. I have recently started a Friday night order out night with my fiance and this is the third time we've called mercado's but the only first time we've dealt with such horrible service. Mercatos owes me dinner
