Looked online at hours and on the sign on the road outside the store.. it was wrong they closed 1 hr earlier and didn't it was only crossed out on the actual door. I traveled from far. Really far. And the surprise fish for the camping trip just didn't happen :

I drizzled it with sake and... read more The next day, I steamed salmon and placed a piece of dry kelp at the bottom, adding ginger and green onions, with the salmon on top. I drizzled it with sake and olive oil to keep the fish moist and steamed it for about 8-10 minutes. I finished it off with some sushi soy sauce.
