Our experience was exceptional, not only because of the delicious food, but also thanks to the sweet, patient, and pleasant waitress, Alexi. Thank you so much, Alexi - your service made our meal memorable and we will definitely be back. The food was amazing with generous portion sizes. Highly recommended.

There is... read more I visited Rawhides for the second time and had a good experience. The menu is expansive and they are making efforts to change it, which is nice to see. There is a variety of food options available for everyone. Rawhides is unique because it is located in a remote area and has a large complex with a ranch style. I have only visited the restaurant side and used the spa facilities. The service we received from Melody was excellent - she was honest and easy-going. We enjoyed chatting with her and our meal. We shared our dishes with each other, allowing us to try a variety of items and we were very satisfied with everything.

Our waiter was... read more We went to the restaurant tonight to celebrate my parents' anniversary with dinner. We were greeted promptly at the door and seated at our table. Our waiter was introduced to us and brought us water. The server quickly took our drink order and returned promptly. After a few minutes, he took our food order. When our meals arrived, they looked good. However, I was disappointed to find that the ribs in my steak/rib combo were dry and overcooked. Our server did not come back to our table until after we had finished eating. In the past, we have had juicy and delicious ribs at this restaurant. I do not remember if the server asked if everything was okay, but I did not have a chance to mention the issue with the ribs. After dessert and coffee, we waited a long time for the bill. The staff, including our server, were at the bar watching TV, which was not great customer service. We had to go to the register to pay, and the bill was not even printed off.
