I usually don't write reviews, but tonight was a different story. I ordered two 3-piece chicken meals and when I got them home, I found the chicken to be very dry and with a strange taste. It cost me $40 and ended up in the garbage. I called the restaurant and left a message for them to call me back. Hopefully, I will hear from them tomorrow. The staff at the drive-thru window were very friendly. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. In terms of kid-friendliness, the staff were friendly.

I've lived near this restaurant for nearly 7 years, and the poor customer service and low food quality have always been consistent problems. Yesterday, I decided to give them one last chance and ordered a 4-piece extra crispy chicken meal with poutine. When my order arrived, the chicken was completely burnt and tasted like old, stale oil. The fries in the poutine were also cold and hard, as if they had been sitting for hours. I contacted Uber about my order and called the restaurant, but the employee I spoke to was rude and unhelpful. It's unacceptable that they would serve such low-quality food and then be dismissive when confronted about it. Corporate office, please take note of the feedback from customers. It's clear that the management at this location won't make improvements on their own, so action needs to be taken from a higher level.
