Really excellent service. The girl who served me (I think she was new) was super friendly and apologetic when she informed me they only take cash. I got a coffee and a muffin, the coffee was exactly how I liked it, and the muffin (raisin bran) was so buttery and soft. TL;DR The service is spectacular and the food coffee is good!
I don't like the taste of their premixed ice caps. It won't be reordered. Only cash. But faster service and many donuts.
The security dividers at this restaurant, unlike the solid plastic ones found in many places, are made of a clearer material, possibly with a channel band. My companion mentioned that the restroom was not clean, and the overall area could use a more thorough cleaning as well. This isn't a complaint aimed at the counter staff; they seemed busy and didn't want to stop. The regulars seemed to enjoy their rapport with the staff. I hope these comments are useful.
The food here is extremely greasy. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're looking for something enjoyable to eat. The coffee was decent, but I had low expectations to begin with, and I believe most Tim Hortons or McDonald's locations offer better quality at a more reasonable price. The combination of food and coffee here could upset many people's stomachs.
This place has the best donuts among all fast food coffee shops, but their coffee could use some improvement. If Coffee Time had better-tasting coffee, I would definitely visit more often. Just a heads up: they only accept cash here!
