Cantine Indienne - Canacona

A friend took me to this restaurant after a day at the beach. The menu is filled with light, fresh, and delicious options. I tried the OG mushroom dish, which was fantastic - a combination of fresh veggies with cashew cream. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place!

Very nice and welcoming owners. Since we’re not familiar with Indian dishes, they took the time to guide us through the menu and make recommendations. The food is very fresh and organic and they have a lovely garden where they grow herbs and vegetables. Nice outdoor area with flair. We inhaled the yummy desserts before we even thought of taking a picture.

I loved everything about this place! The food is excellent, nice seating area, very friendly staff, and the location is great, as it's easily accessible but not in the busiest area of Palolem. I met an Indian lady from Delhi there who also thought the food was exceptionally good (she recommended the chocolate pudding! and who also said that there's sometimes live music but not that night, as they were short in staff and everyone was needed in the kitchen. Will definitely go back today!
