Ordered a burrito with no sour cream and no cheese but they put cheese on it. Ordered pork nachos but the nachos came with no pork nothing on them except for cheese and tortillas. When I called to tell them that they messed up the order they hung up on me. Will never ever go back due to poor customer service! View all feedback.
We've tried to give the benefit of the doubt a few times but unfortunately the food wasn't worth the price. Once, we got guacamole that was so salty it was inedible. (We love guacamole and usually can power through it but it wasn't possible) The next time we went we ordered an extra side of beans, they bring out the container and it was just bean water, not a single bean?? (It was funny but also frustrating for the price) I'd rather take the drive to Great Barrington for good Mexican.
The menu needs a rework. It's bland. At least offer spicy. The service is lacking enthusiasm. Location is being wasted.
I visited this location for the first time on Cinco de Mayo, and while it seemed they were short-staffed, the team did their best and remained friendly. It's unfortunate that the Northwest area struggles with staffing, and we could see that, but we managed to adapt even though some people left. The bottom line is that both the food and the employees are fantastic—just be patient!
I had a lovely and peaceful dinner. The service was exceptionally attentive, and the food was delicious.
The food was excellent and the service was attentive. The atmosphere was great, making it the perfect spot to enjoy some margaritas!
