delicious on the basis of the standards of southern people. for this dish the restaurant must provide as much as fresh vegetables. when they are out, they try every one of raw vegetables first, no need they like, sometimes it is just still ok, then they make a roll with everything they can eat. and this restaurant offers the best kitchen of bánh xèo, the feature of the southwest. Only they spend about 50000wnd a person, but they get a delicious pancake with full sweetness. although the location is a bit far from the city. recommended for everyone
Good place for traditional local southern Việt cuisine
I picked up the tip to come here from a food blog. It is famous for duck pancakes. It was a trip. Really popular among locals. You get a huge plate of what appears to (a Westerner) be house plants stacked on a plate. But its a giant mixed green plate and you use the leaves to stuff with bits of the pancake and smaller leaves, roll, and the dip. Great for family style eating. I also recommend the fried prawn or duck balls. They have coconut flour and mung beans delicious. It's worth the trip out of the city. Grab a Grab, or if you are daring, walk there!
One bánh xèo is larger than the size of your head, tastes amazing, and is paired with good veggies. Authentic bánh xèo that is definitely worth a try. Free parking, and wide seating areas for groups as well.
The location is actually not in the main CBD but it worth the ride to get there. The pancake itself it's nice thin and crispy. The inside is minced meat (goose? And coconut heart. It serves with wild leaves and herbs. The small fried prawn cake is ok, would love it if it was crispier (otherwise I would give it 5* . You can wrap both with wild leaves, lettuce etc. Dip it in their fish sauce with shredded pickles and chili, so good.
