Nam Bộ Boutique Restaurants - Can Tho

I didn't stay at the hotel but I had dinner at Nam Bộ Restaurant and it's the worst food I ever tasted. I ordered two traditional Vietnamese dishes Ca Loc Kho To and Canh Chua Tom. Both dishes tasted horrible. Ca Loc Kho To was no doubt leftover from previous days as they heated it up and didn't even done a good job because the center was still cold. the Canh Chua was so bland that it tasted horrible. For a Vietnamese Restaurant that cannot cook these two traditional dishes, I feel embarrassed for them. I cannot say how disappointed I felt.

Great place right in front of the river in the tourist area and night market . the rooms are large and super sweet . ecksuite with balcony) at very cheap price for the quality. the staff is very nice and helpful. all very clean and beautifully decorated.

Beautiful rooms. very clean. hotel has old school character. beautiful dach restaurant. we couldn't hear the street noise. great view of the flow from the rooms and from the restaurant. the staff was very friendly.

Nice place. Room was decent. for Vietnam. Food I ate there a year ago and food was amazing. This time it turned into only country side Vietnamese food that was average and expensive. 44k per chicken wing. Ya sold by the wing so about 1.90 or so per wing. Sorry but not worth that. I noticed that just about all the food around there was not as good as prior trips to Can thoa. Hotel has great location. Get the corner room with balcony

We ordered some traditional local and some western dishes. Most were utterly disappointing. The ginger chicken was boring and full of bones. The pizza lacked taste completely. The sea bass was alright. Way overpriced, too.
