Unfortunately, it was probably one of the worst Caesars I've ever had; it tasted watered down and lacked any real spice or flavor. I recommend skipping the bar drinks unless you're opting for a beer. For my main dish, I ordered the Cajun salmon with wild rice and Brussels sprouts, while my husband opted for the chicken Cordon Bleu with fries. It took a while for our food to arrive, which was surprising since there were only two couples in the entire restaurant. We were first served complimentary warm pretzels, which were delicious and came with a tasty mustard dip—a nice change from the typical bread basket you find at restaurants. Overall, the quality of the food was impressive. My husband thought the tomato sauce on his chicken had a strange taste (I agree), but the portion was generous and the chicken was cooked well. Perhaps it could have been flattened a bit more, and there was a little too little filling, but it was still good. My salmon was excellent—perfectly cooked with a delightful Cajun seasoning. The wild rice was decent, but the Brussels sprouts were outstanding. If I return, I'll definitely order a double portion of those. They were tender, sautéed in butter, and mixed with walnuts and raisins—absolutely lovely. Luckily for me, my husband’s dish came with them too, so I enjoyed his portion as well. While I wouldn't go out of my way to eat here, the food was genuinely good.
