The waiters are very friendly and, although we arrived when it was packed, they served us in due time. The food is delicious and atmosphere is the one you expect to get in a traditional restaurant (traditional music, waiters dressed in traditional blouses). View all feedback.
What Crin Croitoru doesn't like about La Popasul Baciului:
We found the place on the way to campolung and we quite liked the setting and the large car park. The choice of food is not bad, we ordered local stew as main finding a long black curly hair in it, well placed like a...decoration. They changed the plate immediately and that makes me think somebody else got mine (after the hair has been removed), and I got the other one. Of course, this heavily affected my review, but... The place is very popular and it was very crowded when we were there. The food is not so special. I'd say that's just normal. The staff was not so attentive and they forgot to come to our table.
Great traditional cuisine, very good services and quick reaction from the waitress. I would return to this place. And do not forget to compare the low prices with other restaurants with not so high quality foods.
Really good food at great prices. It never had it in the south of Rome. I recommend everything in the menu.
