My husband and I ordered our subs online. It took me 20 minutes to drive to the restaurant to pick them up and another 20 minutes to drive back home. Unfortunately, my husband's sub was completely incorrect. He had paid for extra pepperoni and salami, but it had neither. He ended up driving back to the restaurant to get a refund. The staff member initially agreed to give him the refund, but then a woman there insisted she had made it correctly and that he had ordered it that way. She refused to refund his money and told him he was mistaken.

The food was quite good, earning a strong 4 out of 5. The flavors were enjoyable and everything was well-prepared. The service was equally commendable, also receiving a 4 out of 5, as the staff was friendly and attentive. As for the atmosphere, I would rate it a 3 out of 5—it's decent but nothing special, which is to be expected for a takeout place. Overall, for the affordable price range of $1–10 per person, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try!

I've visited this restaurant five times in the afternoon lately, and each time, I've been unable to get my favorite sub because the young lady behind the counter told me they were out of meatballs. However, this time an older woman at the register overheard the conversation and mentioned that there were plenty of meatballs in the freezer. She then asked the young girl why they hadn't been prepared. The young girl replied that no one had shown her how to make them. It seems this location is frequently out of various items—whether it's meatballs or onions. Each visit, I notice the employees either sitting around chatting with friends or talking to the cashiers at the Shell station. This franchise is poorly managed, under-staffed, and as a result, is losing customers.

I went in tonight and waited for about 10 minutes without anyone attending to me. There was a girl with medium-length brown hair, but no one was around to help. I got fed up and decided to leave. As I was walking out, I saw her chatting with a guy at the front of the store. I won't be returning.
