We arrived just after 8 and soon after the place was busy with locals dining in and taking out. Only one waiter who was busy but effective including patience with our lack of Italian. Wonderful wood fired pizza oven. Welcoming ambience. It is out of the way in a neighborhood. We had the piccola/small antipasti and two pizzas. Antipasti was delicious. Pasta crust perfection. My pizza had eggplant olives spicy salami chees and tomato. Excellent. My husbands was the first on the menu. The pizza was excellent but one of the ingredients was kind of like hot dog whole and sliced. He didn’t like that so much. I also had a local artisanal chestnut stout which was wonderful.
