Since then I have driven miles and miles to return to eat that little wonder that their pesto is. Pesto seems an easy sauce to produce, it is only basil, parmesan cheese, olive oil and a lot of handwork, but this is the only place where quality regularly reaches the highest of results. The do cook other excellent dishes, but their pesto is absolutely to die for. Make sure you reserve, as it is a long way to get there and it is always pretty crowded by the locals.
