A few days ago my husband and I had dinner with four friends in Trattoria Il Mare in the old town of Catania. Words cannot describe the extraordinary food, the quality, freshness and the great service. We were greeted with warmth and fine manners. After traveling around the island, this is by far the best restaurant we visited. I recommend this restaurant. View all feedback.

Cucina di ottima qualità,veramente ottimo il baccalà con patate e caciocavallo,personale super cordiale e locale pulitissimo. Prezzi nella media,ma per la qualità ed il servizio offerto è da reputare super! Complimenti.

Pessimo è dire poco. Servizio scadente e lentissimo. Per un antipasto, primo e secondo ho atteso ben 3 ore. Cibo e posizioni imbarazzanti. Sconsigliatissimo
