What Camila Pizani doesn't like about Sobaria Arakaki:
The parmigiana fillet is tasty and very well served. The chips are very dry, but I found them a little burnt. The rice is definitely from another day, reheated. The prices are a little unrealistic. The place has been the same for years. Not much structure, not much space for tables. That's why there's always a lot of queue. The service leaves something to be desired. Even though it is a sobaria, I rarely if ever go for the sobá. Their best bang for the buck is the humongous (12 inches) filé parmegiana, a delicious dish that serves 2 people. The facilities are not at all fancy, as the tables are set on the sidewalk, but the $15 parmegiana is always worth a visit.
