I've been here before and felt uncomfortable. what happened to the customer service? I have to take some lessons, because my own mother was charged 18.90 for a quarter chicken and a little koleslawin. she did not ask for heavy and when she was complaining after waiting for her meal for more than 20 minutes and getting heavy. then the boss thought that fixing would only add more chips on the Gravy pill. we will not be back and do yourself a fallen, not spend their money in this institution.

I ordered a hawaiian dish from a restaurant that didn't mention it came with a side of coleslaw. Other fish and chip shops typically do not include this, so I didn't think to mention it in my order. Unfortunately, I had to go home only to find out about this unexpected addition, which was particularly concerning since my partner has a food allergy. When I called to discuss this, the woman who answered the phone was quite rude. She suggested that if we ordered a dish that came with meat, we should just assume it comes with coleslaw as well. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you enjoy long wait times, poor customer service, and average-tasting food.

We have visited a few times, but we will be taking our business elsewhere. The food was cooked in old oil during peak hours, and the partially bald guy was really unfriendly and seemed to lack any customer service skills. We'll be heading to Chicken2Go or the chip shop in Campbelltown instead, as they have much better staff and provide excellent customer service!
