I’m not someone who typically complains at restaurants. I usually leave a tip even if the meal doesn’t meet my expectations. I have been to Ponchos several times. Everyone is ALWAYS nice,the food is AWESOME. Clean and family friendly.
Had the Pollo Pancho delivered, chicken and shrimp with cheese sauce. They totally forgot to put on the cheese sauce. The chicken was tender, shrimp was good.

Mother's Day dinner was a complete disaster! Everything we specifically requested to be left off the fajitas was included. We had to drive all the way back for a replacement meal. I definitely won't be returning anytime soon.
I had a wonderful meal for Father's Day! The staff was friendly, and everything was very clean. I really appreciated it!
